EMILY RADFORD INTERIORS

ABOUT ME
I live with my husband and two small children, in an old Victorian house, on the edge of the Shropshire/Staffordshire border. I love art, interior design, music and all things colour and have worked in the creative design industries for more than 20 years.

After studying Fashion Design, I spent many years working and loving life in London. Forging a successful career in fashion, allowed me to travel around the world, immersing
myself in global fashions, trends and cultures.

Moving back to my roots in the countryside, was the perfect tonic, after a hectic and adventurous lifestyle in the capital.
We embarked on an epic renovation and completely transformed what was once a Victorian isolation hospital.

I shifted my wealth of creative design experience into home decor. I set up my own interior
design consultancy and have worked on some really exciting projects since, ranging from
paint colour advice, to a complete ground-floor interior-decor overhaul.

COLOUR OBSESSED
Colours evoke feelings and memories.
I believe that colour changes the mood of a room.
We should paint our spaces to reflect our own personalities and to create the feeling that we want within that space.
MY BACKGROUND
Originally trained in Fashion Design.
After a successful 20 year career in London, I made the move to Interior design, which I now do from my home in the Midlands.
COMMITTED TO FINDING
PERFECT COMBINATIONS
I could sit and look at colour and textures all day. Whether a space needs soothing and harmonious shades and materials, or an unexpected pop of colour or fabric, I will find the best combination for the brief.
